The purpose of the event has been the exchange of data between various tools for plant design and to test the existing implantations of AutomationML interfaces for the engineering data ex- and import. The work was divided into different working groups according to their interest and developing focus. Within these groups all attendees had interesting discussions, shared their developing experiences with the format and demonstrated their real world use cases. On summary it can be stated all participants did benefit from the two days by improving and testing their software in order to gain new ideas for the future work with AutomationML. The event has been organized by the AutomationML association and technologically supported by the Center Industrial IT. At this point AutomationML would like to thank CIIT for the kind support.
