We are pleased to inform you that on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the AutomationML Association, the 6th AutomationML User Conference, which will take place on September 24th to 25th in Magdeburg, will focus on the current and future possibilities of AutomationML and related information exchange technologies.
Common data standards form the basis for interoperability and the effective and efficient exchange of data along the entire engineering value chain. With this in mind, the AutomationML association joined forces with other associations and enthusiastic supporters at an early stage to develop methods and best practices and bring the results together in a structured way to create international standards for automation engineering. AutomationML thus forms a sustainable solution for Industry 4.0 in the engineering of production systems, which individual or bilateral IT interfaces cannot achieve in the long term.
You are cordially invited to present your topics and experiences from industrial practice or current research activities, for example on the following subjects:
- Success stories – Application of AutomationML and other information exchange technologies in the engineering process of production systems
- Guidelines – Implementation of AutomationML based workflows across domains and organizations
- Visions – Future applications and possible enhancements of AutomationML and its integration with other information exchange technologies
- Challenges – Challenges during the implementation and application in practical use
