On 22–23 September 2026, the AutomationML community will meet at
Hochschule Pforzheim, Germany, to celebrate 20 years of AutomationML.
The conference will bring together experts and practitioners from industry, research,
and standardization to exchange practical experiences, discuss emerging developments,
and jointly shape the future of open and interoperable automation engineering.
Conference Program
The conference program is planned to include:
- Technical presentations and practical application examples
- Strategic and community updates
- Emerging trends in digital automation engineering
- Future perspectives for AutomationML
- Exchange on the continued development of the AutomationML association and community
Call for Contributions
AutomationML members, partners, researchers, and external experts are invited to contribute
presentations, application examples, research results, and perspectives on current and future
developments related to AutomationML.
Contributions may address industrial applications, engineering workflows, interoperability,
digital twins, data exchange, standardization, or emerging technologies in automation engineering.
Participation

AutomationML member organizations:
Up to two participants per member organization may attend free of charge. -
External participants:
Participation is available for a fee of EUR 299. -
Speakers:
Speakers may participate free of charge.
